Can acetaminophen reduce febrile seizure recurrences during the same fever episode?

While the condition is benign it causes significant parental anxiety and family disruption.[1] Use of antipyretic drugs has been thought to be ineffective in preventing FS. This study aimed to test the efficacy of acetaminophen in reducing FS recurrence during the same illness.

Which, if any, threats to validity are most likely to have an impact on the results and how?
